Princess Bara Ph'Ticia
Ruler of Cinoth.
She tries hard to keep her elegance and dignity in the face of Itherian oppression. Her mother was killed by Itherian soldiers and so she is a younger than normal ruler. She spent most of the occupation in hiding and has only recently been coronated. She is an able diplomat and cares deeply for her people. Her goal is to try to restore Cinoth and she dreams of her people living in a lush forest planet again one day.
