Verna
A young man whose family is involved heavily with The Earthgarde. As the son of one of the leaders of a cell within the larger social movement, Branok, he has a large slot to fill, primed to take up after his father as a symbol of leadership for his community. He, however, is conflicted between the more radical, and bloody warpath his father is trying to lead against the Empire, and the peaceful empowering measures that hold the community together. The concerns over his father working even with foreign aid from The Crimson Corsairs have further drawn conflict within his heart.
