Gallus Chimera

The Chimeras are grotesque and horrifying creations of the The Rising Gallus Cult, the tragic results of their experiments to engineer a vessel worthy of their prophesied god, Gallus Rex. Each Chimera is a gruesome amalgamation of flesh, born from the fusion of multiple kidnapped mortal subjects—humans, beastkin, and other races—dismantled and reshaped through nightmarish serums, arcane rituals, and cruel procedures.

No two Chimeras are alike, their forms a patchwork of biological impossibilities and tortured creativity. Some are hulking monstrosities, towering over their creators with mismatched limbs, exposed sinews, and distorted faces that barely resemble their origins. Others are smaller, sleeker horrors, their bodies contorted into uncanny shapes, bristling with sharp spines, claws, or unnatural protrusions.

Their appearance often reflects the specific focus of the cult’s experiments. One Chimera may feature excessive avian traits—feathers growing from gnarled muscle, vestigial wings, and sharp talons—while another may showcase serpentine qualities, with elongated torsos and venomous fangs. The one constant across all Chimeras is their undeniable wrongness, their bodies straining against the boundaries of natural life.

The Chimeras are not merely abominations—they are prototypes. Each one serves as a test model for the cult’s twisted research, exploring new combinations of traits, magical augmentations, and physical attributes that might contribute to the creation of a perfect vessel for Gallus Rex.
