An escaped slave and friend of Selene
Fil grew up poor, and was born with a fire affinity. He was taken in by Selene after having spotted him in the streets before the start of Shamos's War, and brought in as a servant for her family. Fil keeps the slave collar given to him, as it also, in a manner, protects him when he is outside, as it indicates that he is already owned, and thus would warrant retaliation if, for whatever reason, taken by another entity.He helped Selene in communicating with the Lightning Resistance when she was still a captain in the Military, leading a double life, sympathising with the rebels. When Selene’s treason toward Lindin was found out, Fil ran away and escaped capture by seeking out the Lightning Resistance at the time, and they helped him escape to Vinnel, Azmith, where they have recently reconvened with Selene.
