Session XXIX: The Burning Cold

The crew escaped their predicament by flying into a nearby blizzard. Koletath focused on the temple and they located it in a northern mountain range. The temple swiftly transitioned into a cave system and the crew were immediately separated by collapsing rock.
  Wav and Koletath crossed treacherous paths and endured freezing temperatures to find a crystal that in the end, simply melted like ice. The other group had to struggle with air toxicity and difficult terrain but they happened upon a large crystal. When the crew reunited they were attacked by two stormtroopers with unusual armour and weapons. The troopers got the jump on them but were eventually bested.
  Throughout all this the crew saw a vision of Kriek Savos as a padawan, going through his trial for his lightsaber crystal. Once the version of Savos they know reappeared, he seemed put off and alarmed by how the temple had blocked his connection. The crew now stand together facing the possible threat of a distant rumbling….
