Loukia Siskiades was a female Pantoran and agent of the Wylliah crime syndicate. Loukia was the pilot and marksman of the Wylliah cell, Closer Yellow. Loukia wore light, sleeveless clothing and beads decorating blue dreadlocked hair.
Loukia formed a close friendship with Keshling Chamenos in the Wylliah. Her excitable 'party animal' nature was often enhanced by her glitterstim usage, a substance to which she was addicted.
