Kri'Gwashwak

Kri'Gwashwak, known to outsiders as 'Gwash', was a female entymal who was living on Endex during the era of the Galactic Empire. Throughout Gwash's life, her planet was subjugated by the Mining Guild, Gwash was part of the Kri hive, one of the largest hives left on Endex by 22 AGE. Gwash was stoicly loyal to her hive, suspicious of outsiders, and sceptical of magic.  

History

  In 22 AGE Keshling, Narsi, and Bill arrived on Endex looking for a solution to their stolen ships transponder code. Having heard of the piloting expertise of the entymals, the party was surprised to find the planet barren and sparsely populated. They first found the Kri hive and convinced the queen to allow them to search the graveyard of ships for somethign matching the Tribune Beta. Kri'Gwashwak was instructed to go with them to guide them and make sure they stick to their time limit of three days.   The party searched for two of their days with no avail. The night before their last day they probed Gwash for why her planet was the way it was. Gwash reluctantly revealed that their population was slowly degrading because once every year, the Mining Guild came to the planet to take half of the drones in each hive; an arrangement the entymals had made years prior to avoid total annihilation. The party decided to help the entymals fight back against the mining guild in a days time, but they would need co-operation from all of the hives of Endex. In the morning they travelled to the largest hive known to Gwash, the Wath hive. When the party arrived they found the hive had died out completely, Gwash took a moment to mourn before committing herself to fighting the Mining Guild.   The party persuaded multiple virgin hives and one hive which still held their queen to fight back and they travelled back to Kri territory. Overnight, the party and the entymals prepared for the oncoming invasion. Narsi revealed she was a witch, strengthening the resolve of the entymals who had a historical account of a sorcerer liberating their people in the past. When the morning came, the overwhelming force of the entymals was no match for the mining guild's strength; which had become lax in the previous years of expecting submission.   The mining guild's ships were boarded and commandeered, allowing the mass of entymals to flee the planet, but not before scouring Endex for a transponder code for the party. Once they had arrived on Latto, Gwash thanked the party for their help and bid them farewell.
