Commander Carand Tormen
Carand Tormen was an officer of The Imperial Security Bureau as well as superior and mentor to Ava Duran. As a superior officer, Tormen was stern but fair. He also had a knack for picking competent officers where others would not expect to find them.
History
While Carand Tormen was a luitenant commander in the ISB, he met a trainee in the imperial military named Ava Duran. Despite being non-human, Duran showed promise in Tormen's eyes and he agreed to transfer her to the ISB Acadamy. She trained for many years, eventually becoming an Agent and slowly pushing her way up the ranks of the surveillance department.
