Wulfenstedt
"The town is a little haven for Wulfen like me - we have our own social conventions and expectations. You won't find many normal Elsässischen here, and even fewer of other species, if any. It's... quite liberating."Otto Schutz
Demographics
This is mainly due to how the minority Wulfen and their behaviors are considered out of the ordinary by Elsässischen society. But when the majority of a population is now Wulfen, what is considered normal and abnormal change, even reverse. Wulfen behaviors become normalized in Wulfenstedt, and normal Elsässischen behaviors are considered abnormal. From this, only the Elsässischen and members of other species who can adapt to the town's special customs and people can comfortably live here. The minority becomes the majority, and the majority becomes the minority.
Coupling this is a common characteristic of Wulfen having more pups per family, whether it is in a single litter or over the span of multiple breedings. This leads to a rapidly growing population of Elsässischen that initially carry Wulfsydrom before expression comes into question. Consistent exposure to either Wulfen or carriers with each breeding and social interaction through their life leads to an increase in the rate Wulfsyndrom is expressed from a carrier, increasing from the average of 27% to the current 84% in the town.
The general wealth of Wulfenstedt would be considered lower-middle class by typical economic conventions, mainly due to Wulfen finding competition and nature as their forms of entertainment and luxury. There are some that enjoy modern consumer goods and luxuries - virtual/augmented reality gaming, restaurants, vacations, higher-tier homes - but these are few and far between. There is not as much desire or incentive to chase wealth as it may exist in other societies, so increasing the average wealth of the population is not as high a priority.

Geography
Spruce and alder trees grow within this valley, evenly spread and mixed about the valley while growing up the mountain slopes to the tree line. The bodies of water act as an additional heat reservoir in the valley, allowing more vegetation to grow and the maximum altitude of said vegetation to increase. Grass and certain grains grows well here, becoming more sparse with higher altitude but sometimes finds itself buried under snow. Various reeds and flowers grow along the lake and riverbank.
