The Nightshade Concordat
The Nightshade Concordat is the Coterie, or as they would preferred to be called, Faction, run elusively by the Kolari, containing all territory they were given by the Sovereignty, with their home system at the center. The territory is filled with somewhat sparse though still highly developed worlds, colonized by various tribes and peoples of the Kolari, though still united for an expansive purpose.
Military
The Kolari Fleets sport powerful magnetic weapons and massive reactors capable of sustaining them.
Foreign Relations
The Nightshade Concordat was given an expansive section of the Sovereignty of the Dragon in hopes that their rise would grant them a powerful ally. The outcome of this gamble has yet to be determined.
