The V O I D

Thousands of years after the fall of The Humanic Empire, it’s descendants and experiments awaken to a broken galaxy filled to the brim with twisted life.

Now, in the New Age, the galaxy is in a Cold War between several superpowers, all trying to control it as much as possible. The most notable being The Galactic Union Commonwealth, Humanic Federation and Humanic Junta. All with very different views on the old Humanics.

But the superpowers and their proxy’s aren’t the only blocs of power in the galaxy. In the northeast, the rising xenophobic Eskerite Union are battling their former invaders, the robotic SinXI. The frontier worlds are bristling with pre-FTL life, and there are rumours of unknown space borne creatures in the far west.

The Void is teeming with violence, mysteries and stories, history to be made and wars to be fought and won. Where will you find yourself?

Hello everyone! I’m TheGnomeoftheWest, and this is my Military Sci-Fi setting:

The V O I D.

It takes place long after our time, and long after our descendants. After the Humanic Empire fell, the world was reverted to technology we would recognise as near-future. Some were sent back into The Stone Age, but are starting to recover.

The setting takes a focus on geopolitics, so if you are looking for a light setting, I’m sorry but this is the wrong place.
