The Nonacs

The Nonacs were the family that The Envoy was adopted into. They created the City of the Nonacs and their descendants are seen as elites in this city. Each one has a tower in the city. Most of them are a part of a drug empire that utilizes the high amount Zyndixiom under the city that only Nonacs have access to.
The Nonacs have a generational system were a certain amount of Nonacs are chosen to help lead the city, the rest are law enforcement. The generation under them is also law enforcement until they are chosen. Some Nonacs will also be chosen to be clerics to The Envoy.
