Born on Septembris 15th of the 4th year of the 21st Century, Luis Andino began his life in a land of sacrificial prosperity. His early childhood was peaceful and generally uneventful. He attended a pentecostal church with his parents and later his younger brother. He became a devoted Christian and a leader in his children's group and later in his Youth Ministry. He was a talented musician achieving the position of Director within the church's worship team. Young Luis also possessed great creativity and extensive knowledge in military history and later literature. He developed a hobby writing novels an became an accomplished orator. Though his achievements would surpass that of the secular. In his senior year, Luis was approached by God himself through a fellow student. At that time he received the blessing that would propel him into the great works that he is known for. After that Luis graduated from High School as Valedictorian and began planning. Receiving guidance from God himself Luis began using his newfound capabilities to lay down the foundation of what would become the Universal Defense Federation. As time continued Luis gained Ph.D.'s in the military and political science, though this was just a formality for God provided Luis with all the knowledge necessary. In the coming years, Luis would proceed to found the UDF and gain a contract with the United Nations. In 2027, Luis would lead the UDF into its first war, World War III. After just over thirty years the Allies emerged victorious, defeating the corrupt United States and its Axis Powers. The post-war era brought a new wave of opportunity as the globe began uniting under a single banner forging the United Earth Federation in 2037. Has Humanity continued to advance, Luis and his UDF would grow stronger in leadership and influence throughout the new government, helping humanity expand into the stars and make the First Contact with the alien species beyond the Sol System. After approximately 200 years of safeguarding the interests of the United Federation of Planets and ultimately all of Humanity, a large cluster of planets segregated from the UFP and instigated a civil war that lasted just about three years. The war resulted in the mass corruption and betrayal of the UFP's clone armies orchestrated by a sith lord who had been disguised as the President. This man had created the Clone wars and had planned both sides of the conflict in order to achieve galactic dominance. He ultimately achieved this goal and Luis along with UDF High Command and the few remaining loyal clones escaped to the unknown regions.  During his exile, Luis and high Command deliberated a mass change in doctrine for the UDF. After 14 years of Imperial Rule under the First Galactic Empire, the galaxy would contemplate the emergence of a new order. At the beginning of the Galactic Civil War, the UDF emerged has the Universal Defensionis Imperium.

Besides his two Ph.D.'s in military and political sciences, Luis receives collective wisdom from God himself making him the most intelligent human ever to exist.

Luis Andino is the Supreme Imperator of the Universal Defensionis Imperium. He is in charge of all the affairs that involve the Imperium and beyond.
