Tokota Valley
Stretching deep into the south, the Tokota river valley is one of the oldest and most fertile regions in all of Outland. Still rife with dangers such as marauders or devouring saurians, Tokota is densely populated and travelled region. Home to the Tokotans, a tall and strong people who once dominated Outland in its antiquity.
Geography
A region of sprawling savannas nestled along the edge of a vast jungle, Tokota lies near the middle of Outland between the jungles of Kerijaan and the Golden Steppe.
Fauna & Flora
The savanna plains of Tokota are dotted with the great gondu trees that tower over the horizon. Standing taller than most Althean castles, the trees form their own oases, spouting water at their roots. The canopy of the gondu tree casts an enormous shadow over the terrain below, cooling the area and allowing for permanent settlement.
In the jungle and across the vast plains stalks the Tokotan tiger, a magnificent and deadly creature. As large as a horse, with long ears and a whipping tail, the Tokotan tiger is a symbol of the Tokotan people and the region. With long, razor-sharp claws and impressive strength, the creature preys upon herd of elephants, uhrs, and saurians.
