The Rise of Tiamat

Era beginning/end

The day when Tiamat entered the Material Plane and gathered her children to establish their rightful rule over all mortals.

It was a day like all others when a rift to the nine hells opened on the continent of Borrovy. Out of the red, burning rifts stepped a gargantuan, five-headed dragon with each head being a different colour. A red, blue, green, black and white one. When she saw that the world was ruled by non-draconic races, she flew into an unfathomable rage. The cities and towns surrounding the area were the rift opened were completely destroyed and turned to ash.

Tiamat spent the coming hundred years gathering her children, the dragons that had been separated by their inherit pride and hatred for one another. Together they waged a war on the great empires of the world and established a new rule. As Tiamat left the material plane, her kind were left with the greatest empire the world had ever known. The Draconic Empire of Aurix.
