Gothrad
Gothrad is a hobgoblin who was born and raised in the district of Nova Aera known as Scraptown, the poorest and most crime-ridden area of the city. It is densely populated by races that the rest of the city view as a bit too savage and chaotic, such as goblins, bugbears, orcs, and kobolds, but also a few hobgoblins. Gothrad, however, has made it his life goal to organize and restore Scraptown to the standard of the rest of the city. As of late, he has become a spokesperson for the people of Scraptown and an activist for the expanded rights of its inhabitants.
