Bribis Heavybrass

The ~~current~~ Prince of Qouva. Bribis was a clever, engaging prince, but a poor ruler. His supporters called him energetic and resourceful, his detractors said he was dictatorial and oppressive in pursuit of his own hobbies and interests. He believed himself to be a scion of Oulia, rejecting, as all the princes do, that the Kingdom has fallen and the Principlality is but an outpost.
