Qualifications
All agents are required to undergo training at the SHIELD Academy, although the extent and nature of the training varies depending on the trainee's background, existing skills, and the roll they're applying for.
Most SHIELD agents are recruited directly from colleges or the military, but they do occaisionally headhunt employees from other intelligence agencies, or from criminal organisations.
