Playground
The Playground, codenamed as Ragtag, was a former Strategic Scientific Reserve facility that was renovated to become a top secret S.H.I.E.L.D facility.
It was the primary training and weapons developement site for S.H.I.E.L.D, including gyms, dojos, an assault course, shooting ranges, and barracks for trainees and visiting agents. The facility included several acres of land which was used for training excercises and weapons tests.
After the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D the facility was abandonned, until it was eventually given to the Advanced Threat Containment Unit.
