Devondra
Unknown (a.k.a. Devondra)
A member of the Soul Eaters, an extra-dimensional race which lack physical bodies, and feed on the souls and emotional energy of mortals.
At some point in the distant past, Devondra entered the moral realm and somehow entered the Soul Stone <WIP>, presumably when a past wielder attempted to use it to subdue her. She took up residence in Soul World, devouring any souls trapped there.
In 2018, the Fallen Heroes detonated a modified Black Hole Grenade within Soul World, with the aim of killing her and buying them time to escape. Nebula, the last to leave, confirmed that she saw Devondra be sucked into the resulting black hole, but it is unknown if this did, or could, kill her.
