As there are no official rules for Craftable Iotum, these are the rules that will be used as part of this campaign.
- Craftable Iotum is crafted as at the level of the Iotum being crafted. You cannot choose to craft the iotum at a higher level to make it more powerful.
- Craftable Iotum may not be crafted without the aid of a plan seed.
