Kheria's Arboretum
The 14th floor of the Spire houses an enclosed grove full of songbirds, exotic plants, and landscapes from all over the
Third Horizon. Both visitors and residents come here for a moment’s peace or to remember their home planets. The
arboretum is a hotspot for acrobats, tarrabs, sibyls, and all sorts of street performers.
