The following projects have either been indefinitely postponed or cancelled outright. The time spent on them was not wasted, as there is value in learning what does not work.

• Chimeric animal transformation: Interspecies transplantation reject rate was nearly 100%
• Voluntary transformation of numbers: Merging multiple goblins into one super goblin did not create a more powerful creature
• Genetic luminescence optimized warriors: Benefits of glowing soldiers greatly outweighed by drawbacks
• Love of Your Overlords: Use of love potions to instill loyalty was effective but troops refused to deploy
