The Ember Anvil

Location: Found in the Protector’s Enclave, just off the main trade road from the harbor. Smoke curls constantly from its stout chimney, and the rhythmic clang of hammer on metal echoes in the street.   Exterior: A stone-and-oak structure with a blackened tiled roof, reinforced with iron beams. A rusted suit of armor stands as a signpost outside, with the shop’s emblem — a hammer striking an anvil wrapped in flame — painted on the shield.   Interior: The air is hot and smells of coal and metal. Rows of finished weapons and armor line the walls, and the back hosts the roaring forge, with tools neatly arranged above the hearth. A glass cabinet near the counter holds enchanted or masterwork items.   Services Offered:   Custom weapons and armor (mundane and +1 level)   Repairs   Silvering and adamantine treatment (for a high price)   Black-market sales of "reclaimed" weapons (secret)   Commissions for nobles and adventuring companies
