Lord Tedar lifts the siege of the Shield Citadel

The young Lord Desmond Teder, attacks the army lead by Candace mercer as she is sieging the shield citadel. Candace dies in the assult and the her remaining troops retreat to the ruined town of Flarebank, lead by Sir Gabriel Chorce.
