Lord Orville Mercer sends letters to King Phineas StormClaw II, Lord Gulbraithe Barranzo, and all the great lords and ladies of the hedge officialy declaring rebellion against the stormclaw empire and rule of House Barranzo. Lord Mercer had been threating rebellion for months and used this as his declaration of war and launched his assults an hour later.
