Westerport
In the Northern reaches of the Ook Swamps, and the western part of the Dawnlands, where the White Fang meets the sea a huge city rolls over the hills of the coast. Founded by Arnish refugees the city is a powerful maritime trading hub of the StormClaw Empire, home to more than 1,000,000 people.
Government
