Queen of the StormClaw Empire, called Rhea the wise due to her intregal part in planning for the StormClaw Family's future, she did this by righting many cultural norms into law so that her decedents couldn't abuse them. Some of these new laws include eldest child inheritance and the rules of marrying into other houses. She was rememebered as Benevolent but firm.
