Letters From Home
The freelancer finds an envelope addressed to Jean and returns it to her.
- The Freelancer notices an envelope on the ground that’s addressed to Jean W Walker that appears unopened and crumpled up. Being the good citizen, The Freelancer returns the letter to Jean, who thanks them, crumples it up and puts it into a drawer. It’s from her parents, she confides, who weren’t supportive of her move from Nexus City. But, she explains, she’s already almost done with her first book since moving out here, and that the move was good for her. Rewards The Freelancer with a tonic.
