Homo Sapiens Serpenex
A subspecies of human that are between lizard like & fishlike in appearance. Think sea zora from l.o.z. meets reptile from mortal kombat but not all the way, yet in a wide variety of scales. Webbed ears, hands and feet. verry adept swimmer (obviously). Women are larger then men of the same subspecies, similar to Sylvanex. Webbed hands. Feet the shape of slip on flippers but the size of normal human feet. Base is still human. bioluminescence at certain time. Skin patterns that can be inherited.
Many have freckles that are actually electro reception organs. Like Sharks. Affinity for Lightning element.
