Law and Chaos create the Avatars of Reality and the Great Storm floods the world and starts life.

Creation! The Great Storm! From the ebbing conflict of Law and Chaos sprouted the gods who are manifestations or avatars of nature. Thunderbird the first storm avatar was created from chaos and flapped its mighty wings as its enemy the Great Horned Serpent quailed and fled to the darkness; the Fey were born from both, the dark from the Serpent and the Light from Thunderbird.   Thunderbird flapped its wings and created air and rain which flooded the Storm-World, or Húro-eä (what the stupid outsiders call the Rim).   Then it made all the people of Húro-ëa.   First it made the aaracokra in its own image, wrought from water and wind. Now let's face it, it was Thunderbird's first creation and it didn't do a graet job because as we know aaracokra are kind of weird and funny. Funny how? Settle down! They speak so serious and they don't know laughter as we do. They do music all the time and they don't fight. They don't even cook their meat.    Then it made we, the koradi, wrought from wood. Well Thunderbird was in a mighty good mood when he made us because we are the liveliest of its peoples! Some people up north, they say Coyote took to tickling Thunderbird and that's what gave us our good humor and our grace. We were in the Feywilds when we were created, but we were kicked out for playing too many tricks on the serious elves and we went into Storm-World and we were many. We play a lot of tricks on each other too, which is why Koradi are so disparate.   Then Thunderbird was grumpy and made the minotaur, though in those days they did not fight. Strong and hardy and tough, Minotaur likes working and arguing even more than Koradi does.   Then humans and goblins appeared on their own, some say from down where the serpent is, which is why they like fighting so much. Although humans are sometimes like us. They're as likely to change as the weather, really. Goblins even more so. Sometimes they even change shape!
