Dragonborn
The Dragonborn are created during the once-per-century rut of dragons, wherein they are compelled to find and breed with the nearest dragon, regardless of coloration or personality, in a ritual called the Grosh-valdak. The result are the Dragonborn, who can mate among themselves. Each Dragonborn carries two voices in their heads, from either of their nearest dragon ancestors, bickering. This leads to internal bickering and monologue and the (sometimes erroneous) conclusion that Dragonborn are mad.

Anatomy
Dragonborn coloration comes from a chance of inhereting the genetic coloration of their parents - and in a firstborn dragonborn, one of their parents' colors.
Black and copper can breathe acid; blue and bronze lightning; brass, gold, and red fire; silver and white cold; and green poison.
Biological Traits
They are erroneously believed to inherent the morality of their parents, leading, in ages past to a preconception that colored dragonborn were all evil; however, in this Age of New Reason, it is known that dragonborn are tabula rasa and can learn for themselves.
Civilization and Culture
History
Dragonborn carry with us the might of our ancestors. Wrought into this world by tooth and claw we harness the elements in our breath and stand tall above many. We are a proud folk, we whose voices we carry in our heads; mad they call us, but they know not the dearth of experience given to us by our dragon ancestors. Mighty are they, who when the world was born took to the skies with mighty wings and gentle grace or furious anger, and in this we carry. We learn, however, from the sins of our foreparents for we dispell their hubris; a dragon thinks it is the mightiest, but a dragonborn knows it must in itself find the mightiest, and we must work for this. Our God Bahamut Wreathes us justice and glory, and again, we need neither gods nor peoples, but ourselves. And should our parents quail or submit to our mighty accomplishments, let them balk or let them rejoice, for us they cannot control. Young dragonborn grow quickly. They walk hours after hatching, attain the size and development of a 10-year-old human child by the age of 3, and reach adulthood by 15. They live to be around 80.

Dragonborn are taller and heavier than humans, standing well over 6 feet tall.

They weigh on average 250 lbs.
