Victor Kraze
Victor Kraze (a.k.a. Nightmare)
The enigmatic Agent Victor Kraze works for a mysterious agency known as The Order and oversees Orgone Energy Research at the Rangeley, ME facility.
Victor Kraze, aka Nightmare, is not just a villain—he is a force of nature. Unlike typical egomaniacal tyrants, his intellect, charisma, and strategic genius make him as dangerous in a boardroom as he is in battle. He manipulates the lost, weaponizes the broken, and eliminates the weak, believing that only the strongest, most ruthless individuals deserve to shape the world. His battle with Quinn, Blake, and The Guardians is not just a war of power—but a war of ideology. As his empire faces rebellion, the question remains: Will Victor adapt, or will his obsession with control become his undoing?

Personal history
Known for his interest in superhumand, The Order assigned Victor Kraze to oversee the Rangeley Reactor Core. This was done to temper Victor's ambitions to rule. Reduced to a menial task, Victor spent several years scheming while reviewing critical research and learning about the defunct process.
After Quinn McAlester and Blake Hargreaves accidentally triggered the reactor core and infused themselves with Orgone Energy though a process known as Orgone Infusion, Victor realized he had a chance to seize power and control The Order. Their survival proved his theories correct, igniting his pursuit to control, replicate, and weaponize their abilities. His renewed obsession with creating and controlling superhumans led to the implantation of control chips in his subjects, ensuring absolute obedience.
He successfully seduced Blake to his side, molding him into the ruthless enforcer Dark Flame, while relentlessly trying to break Quinn and turn him into a weapon. Despite his tactical genius, Victor underestimates free will, as seen when both Blake and later Carlos Domínguez resisted his influence.
Now, as Nightmare, Victor has evolved into a true supervillain, wielding his own enhanced powers after subjecting himself to the orgone infusion process. His mastery over energy manipulation makes him one of the most dangerous threats the world has ever faced.
Victor later realized the successful elimination of Blue Spekter and the Guardians would come with a radical tactic: infuse the natural enemy of Blue Spekter/Quinn McAlester and transform the bully Darien James into the super villain Dreadnought.
