Shogunate Seventh Legion rebuilds Deheleshen

Keeping true to the Shogun's last order to defend the River Province, the Seventh Legion regroups at Deheleshen. Much of the city is in ruins after the Fair Folk invasion, but several key structures survived. The Seventh Legion rebuilds and fortifies out from here to control the Yanaze River's mouth.
