The Fourth Flying Battle of Harmegis

The fourth battle of Harmegis, the flying shrine to Autochton, it's great cogs circling in harmonious steps weaving each other in a pattern pleasing to Autochton, was the first time a Five-Metal Shrike, a cathedral-sized flying battle station. No, really, this one had a cathedral forming the top front corner of the structure.

A Five-Metal Shrike, its geomantic secrets ancient before the great betrayal, had not fired its great beam in anger in millenia, and this time, the geomantic defenses of the city, famously known as "The Eye of Autochton", the Anvil of Autochton and the Hammer of Autochton, united, their great toothy cogs shining with the power of dozens of suns, denying the destructive power of the Shrike, who had been invented by Autochton to fight his brother primordials, simply by virtue of knowing hte secret of their operation.
