Riverfluvian Ethnicity

The ethnicity of what is known as River Province to sages, Confederation of Rivers Alliance, to well-heeled, well-connected folks, and 'the near east' to uneducated folk who travel the River Yananze, the mightiest river in creation, and have some idea of its breadth and scope.   It was formed at the breaking of the Great Contagion, when many cities were depopulated by the catastrophic loss of life, and less-favored citizens of other lands sought new opportunity in the vacuum left in their place. The resultant effect is that the river province inhabitants exhibit traits of all neighbouring peoples, and even some further away.
