Coming to order, we are agreed to instruct all our agents tasked with the purpose to aid those of 12 Carnelian Peaches in reconnoitring the city and help him establish a base to deliver supplies to the city regularly. Those of us with access to weapons, especially, but also knowledge of secret pathways past the Great Palisade, are to be sought out, and rewarded for their help if they are not already loyal to the cause.
