Diana Villiers was born in 2211 on Ganymede, the daughter of a wealthy party politician. From an early age, she showed a talent for leadership and strategy, and at the age of 18, she enlisted in the Jovian Space Force. After completing her training, she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a leading figure in the space force by the time of the Trojan Wars [2243-2248].
In 2243, she was given command of one of the Jovian Space Fleet's most formidable battle cruisers, the Vengeance, and she led them to victory in many battles throughout the war. Her hard-line approach to warfare and her tactical brilliance won her many admirers, and by 2248 she had become one of the most respected figures in the solar system and soon rose to the rank of colonel.
Since her victory at the pivotal Battle of Achilles [2247], driving out the largest pirate mining operation in the Trojans, Diana Villiers has continued to serve with distinction in the Jovian Space Force. She is now a General responsible for commanding one of the largest Jovian Fleets in battle from the bridge of her capital ship, The Ganymede. Her record of military victories is unmatched, and she is considered one of the greatest generals in the fleet.
