Koki Ikku is the strong willed owner of the Swinging Salmon, a brothel on the Masaru coastline.
Being a firm believer in women's' rights, she runs her brothel as an alternative to the brothels in which women are forced to pay off their, or their families debts run by the Chi to Hone.
Here women are free to work when they want for a good rate and make a decent living. She demands that her workers get treated with the upmost respect and decency.
She is a firm ally of the Kichirou and contributes large sums to the Masaru han.
