Ancient Scraps

The Ancient Scraps, as are called the old entities that appeared in the Scrapbook, were considered shapeless or only having phantom, humanoid shapes. Obviously now, their descendants gained more form, ranging from humanoid to whatever else has come through.

The Ancient Scraps were androgynous beings that stood around 7ft (213.3cm) tall and weighted about a pound (0.4kg). They were so light because they were "mere shadows," or ghostly creatures that were able to control great power.

The Ancient Scraps didn't need to reproduce. They could make more of themselves.

The Ancient Scraps don't adapt to their environment - they adapted the environment to them.

They were not known for eating, but they sometimes held large feasts in celebration and ate everything prepared.

Ancient Scraps often kept apart, usually only being seen in groups of two or three. The only time they gathered in more than groups of three were for feasts and banquets.

Ancient Scraps had high cheekbones, and the more feminine ones had more hollow cheeks while the more masculine ones had more sharper jawlines.

The Ancient Scraps were considered hyperintelligent, and they created a special magic called Ancient Scrap Magic.

It is said that the Ancient Scraps could hear, see, feel, and smell things halfway across the Scrapbook. Imagine how annoying that power would be! Unfortunately, we don't know why or how they obtained this ability, or what they used it for. We could theorize that the Ancient Scraps used this ability to settle issues.
We do know for certain that they had magic, considering how you and I are here right now. And how these planets around us exist. And how a few dead planets- oh, whatever, you can learn about those later. Anyway, the Ancient Scraps had magic! They could create places to live, sentient and sapient beings, everything! They could harness lightning, bring about thunder, freeze fire where it stood, and even remove the heat from stars!
Or.. so it's said. Again, we do not know exactly everything about the Ancient Scraps - or anything at all, for that matter - so we don't really know how much of this is true, but nothing so far can prove anything wrong.

It is believed that Ancient Scraps had no use for names, and therefore never gave themselves names. It is unclear if they did actually have names, however.
