The Great Serpent
It is theorized that the Great Serpent resides deep within the basin that is the Great Sea Skyland. Those who believe so also believe that it is his sorrow which fuels the Sea; great salty tears cried in loss and grief for the world that once was. Many have gone in search of the Great Serpent, few return, and those that do warn of the dangers of the darkness below the surface layers of the Great Sea.
