Roscoe Ill Thorngage (a.k.a. Rocko)
Was born in a village called Docterra, the sole inhabited settlement of a small skyland near Kankos. His parents were merchants, and were fairly well off. Roscoe grew bored of his easy life quickly land fell in with a bad crowd fairly young.
