Conditions

Asleep
Prone and Unconcious. If they take damage or a suitably loud noise is created they wake up. A character can also use a standard action to rouse a sleeper.  
Blinded
Can not see. All movement is considered Rough Terrain. Attacks against a blinded character have Edge, where as a blinded character has Snag on attacks they make.  
Deafened
Can not hear. Automatically fail any skill check that is based on hearing.  
Defeated
Prone and out of the conflict. Possibly Unconcious depending on the method of defeat. Characters can spend a Story Point to take an action while defeated if they are able.  
Frightened
Can't move closer to the source of the fear. If you can see the source you take Down 2 to skills.  
Grappled
Movement is reduced to 0. Grapple ends if the grappler chooses to end it, is Defeated, or if the grappled character is moved out of the grappler's reach.  
Immobilized
Movement is reduced to 0. The immobilized cannot gain any benefits to their movement until they are no longer immobilized. Attackers gain Up 1 against the immobilized character.  
Impaired
Down 1 on all skill checks.  
Invisible
Unseeable to the naked eye, though special equipment, tracks, or noise can give others a clue to your location. Invisible creatures gain Edge to attack rolls while others have Snag to attack them.  
Mesmerized
You view the creature who mesmerized you as an ally. They have Edge on all Social checks against you. You cannot get them for attacks or harmful effects.  
Prone
Knocked down on the ground. You suffer Down 1 if you try to attack with a melee weapon from prone. Ranged attacks against you suffer a Snag it melee attacks against you have Edge.  
Restrained
Immobilized. All attacks against you gain Edge.  
Stunned
Cannot take any actions. All attacks against stunnned creatures gain Edge.  
Unconscious
Unable to move or take any actions. Unaware of the world around you. Attacks against Unconcious creatures gain Edge. If an attack hits it becomes a Critical Hit.
