Description
There seems to be no rule for the composition of this crew. All manners of people are welcome and accepted willingly. All of them are dressed in practical clothing and appear to be, at least visually, the picture a regular citizen has of a pirate.
Psychology
I have never seen a group of people so much in love with what they call freedom. Completely devoid of any royal law. This is most jarringly displayed by their frequent raids on royal vessels carrying prisoners sentenced to hard labour. If they identify such a ship, they will not stop until they have attacked and taken the ship. In this regard they are no better than the terrorists known as
The Firebrands. They are a reckless bunch, encouraging many unusual strategies, while promoting those that succeed in these ventures. Interestingly they seem to uphold some kind of code of conduct between themselves, never have I observed a violent fight within this crew.
Make-Up
While people of all kinds of looks seem to join them, the same seems to be true for professions. I have observed a slight increase in those, that like to tinker with artefacts lately.
