Waterwalkers

The Waterwalkers are a strange people that live exclusively on the sea. The Waterwalkers have no territory but they claim all of the sea is theirs.

Politics

The Waterwalkers do not deal with the politics of the landlocked but each ship often has an Eneran emissary that will deal with them on behalf of the Waterwalkers. The Waterwalkers have trade with Enera, Vseria, and Stios.

History

The history of the Waterwalkers are as mysterious as they are themselves with only bits and pieces known. Enera was formed by Waterwalkers that stepped on land, the reason why is unknown to anyone but the rulers of Enera. The Waterwalkers were founded by a woman known as The Observer. The Observer is said to still be alive today and commands the fleet of ships under the Waterwalkers' control. The Waterwalkers' have a very strict hierarchy for the most part. Because of the Waterwalkers' hierarchy they will introduce themselves as "(first name) (title)" and will never tell their house name.

Religion

The Waterwalkers hold the belief that the sea itself is alive and existed before The Titans. Not much is known about how they worship the sea or even why they hold this belief.
