The Wandering Palace

The Wandering Palace is a kingdom, a city, a palace, and a vehicle. The Wandering Palace is said to have once been the palace for a lost civilization that somehow invented some way for a whole palace to travel across the world in the blink of an eye. The palace is a living legend, many have heard the story of a palace that can appear anywhere at a moments notice but only children and those that have actually seen the palace believe in it's existance. The palace is ruled by The Wanderer, a powerful king that has many myths and legends attached to his name.

Description

The Wandering Palace is about 57 acres(2.5 million square feet) and has large keep in the center of the courtyard which has 4 towers reaching for the sky. 3 of the towers are about 67 spans high(50 feet) and are arranged in a triangle around the tallest tower which is about 100 spans tall(75 feet). The Palace appears to be made out of marble with many of the cuts of stone being only around 150 Ibs. Despite the small cuts of stone the pillars and walls seem to have been carved as if it were one piece, a nearly impossible feat without having all of the stone during the start of the carving. The inside of the palace is said to be nearly spotless with a constant busyness with hundreds of servants wandering the halls doing their jobs. The inner keep is made out of some sort of black stone and is said to house The Wanderer. The keep is surprisingly dull compared to the palace with it having no engravings or even statues. It is said that the inside of the keep is much the same but very few people have been inside to confirm or deny this claim.
