Morgana Driftwood
Morgana Driftwood is a Sea Hag that is working with the Chronolord, and joined the operation of producing Bottled Time with the intent of seeking greater power. She is paranoid and does not generally enjoy company. She finds her escape in disguising herself as a hideous Sea Elf who swims around the local area, but generally dissuades curious adventurers and sailors by creating storms along the coast, impeding their visibility of the rocky coastline. Like any Hag, she is very self centered and motivated by power. She has been hiding out with a slew of Sahuagin in The Black Chasm - a tidal cave along Castaway Reef. She is the brains of the operation and the Sahugain act as security and aid with transport. After clearing out the Chasm and defeating the Hag, her journal can be discovered and reveals recipes for The Decoction of Stasis, Bottled Time, and the coven of Sea Hags that Morgana was part of with Nix Snailboggle and Trista Trenchdiver. Morgana helps make the Moon Water that is needed for the Decoction of Stasis, and is usually left to tend to the tasks that are considered most menial.
