The Penitent Man

  Located beneath the statue of the Penitent Man in The Penitent Bay these caverns wound their way deep beneath the mountain exposing a variety of horrors.   You defeated a strange group of undead, lead by a creature that yearned for a stolen "passageway" to the "Fugue"   You met the Glimmer of Ilya, an apparition of an ancient Magi which could not speak of certain matters relating to what happened to this land, but did point you to her Island   You raided this place with Saggaran aid, dispersing the trogldytes but not killing their king or the Sahuagin who work with them   You discovered a strange ritual site at the base, in a hidden cove, detailing rites of sacrifice and a hideous creature rising beneath a full moon. ( I FORGOT TEOLL YOU THISSS)   - (they are horrifying, left side shows several humanoid creatures being lead to a beach before the circle, and bled, right shows numerous sea creatures doing the same, the center, straight across, shows the patterns of blood swirling together beneath a full moon, a strange shark-like entity drawn between them. -
