Shepherd Roe
Roe was born in a poor village, lived in a poor village, and most likely would have died in a poor village if not for the pall of Waxwing's Fall. In the aftermath he, like many, saw the will of the Fathers, but unlike so many others he refused to fall to despair, adopting the torn cloth of a Shepherd he helped those he could while he moved westward, ever westward.
