Tortiea (Tor-tiea)
The Rocky Island of Tortiea served as the Chief Stronghold of the Morley group of Adventurers known as the White Roses, ranging from orcish brutes to human scum.
Tortiea became a hubspot for merchant deals and attracting individuals of rough character. Their job was to connect and unionise the pirates into a work of code of conduct, and called themselves the “Brethren of the Seas”. They wished to join their forces together to make use of the land and pirates that paved their way.
However this was meant to be a mere ruse as it holds the very place with the King of the Pirates, an unknown place said to have treasure
